- Conti Self Storage has over 20 sizes of units, beginning at 5 ft. x 6 ft. and climbing to over 8 ft. x 14 ft. Click here for a sampling of available sizes and price ranges. (Jesse: Use same document as above.)
- You can lease for one month or for as long as need.
- We have the flexibility to customize your space to meet your needs and if you lease multiple units, we will provide an additional discount.
- We ask for a $50.00 security deposit at the start of your rental, that will be refunded when you remove everything from your unit and leave the unit in good condition (there is never an administrative fee).
- The facility is heated all winter with an average year-round temperature of 70 degrees.
- Insurance is available and if you would like information, please go to www.MiniCo.com.
- Our sprinkle system covers the entire facility.
